分担家务 Sharing Housework
Mother is always the greatest person in the family, because she takes care of everything, she does all the housework, though she is a housewife, what she is so heavy and great. I nearly help my mother to do the housework, when I go home after school, I always go out to play with my friend and then until the dinner, I will come back. Now as I grow up, I start to realize that I need to help my mother, I should share some housework, so that I can reduce her burden. Since I help my mother with the housework, she looks so happy, she will praise me in front of her friends. I feel proud of myself.
妈妈总是家里面最伟大的人，因此她照料着家里的一切，她做了所有的家务，虽然她是一个家庭主妇，但是她所做的繁重而伟大。我几乎不怎么帮她做家务，当我放学回家后，我总是出去和我的朋友玩，然后直到晚饭时间，我才回来。现在我长大了，我开始意识到我需要帮助妈妈，我应该分享家务，这样就能减少她的负担。自从我帮助妈妈做家务，她看起来很开心，她会在她朋友面前表扬我。我为自己感到自豪。
如何面对情绪 How to Face Emotions
We are not god, so we will have the emotions all the time, when we meet difficulties, we will feel distressed, when we are treated unfairly, we will be angry. We must learn to deal emotions, so that we can move on. For every girl, they dream to be a princess, just like the one in the fairy tale. So they loss their weight, for the purpose of looking perfect and thinner like the princess. I have witnessed so many girls around me try hard to control their weight, in fact, they are not fat, but they just want to be thinner and thinner. They refuse to the delicious food, worrying about their body shapes all the time. I would rather choose to be a normal girl, do what I want to do and eat what I like to eat, no more burden about the outlook. Being happy is the most important, it makes my life meaningful.

Last night, I watched a movie, it is about two teenagers, they have cancer, but the boy is positive about life while the girl is negative about life. They meet each other, then the girl is affected by the boy, she starts to see the beautiful things in her life. I am so moved by the movie, though the ending of the movie is not so perfect, we see the change of the girl’s life. The topic of the movie is to tell people to be positive about life, no matter what happens, even the bad fortune they get, they still need to smile every day. People need to find the beauty of life, so they won’t life live without meaning.

一节有趣的课 An Interesting Class
I am in primary school now, I have many lessons to learn from Monday to Friday, my favorite subject is English. Last week, my English teacher gave us a task, she asked us to make the presentation of our favorite English celebrity. I chose AvrilLavigne, she is my favorite singer, I have listened to her songs for many years. When I presented the singer, many of my classmates clapped their hands, because they like her, too. I believe that everyone will have the moment that they envy others, they want to be others. When I was small, I like to eat a lot of food, but I have a habit, I will not eat up all the food, I just like to taste all of it. In our daily life, if we get on harm oniously with our friends, we’ll feel more joyous. But we’ll feel lonely without
friends.When our friends feel upset or get ill, we shouldn’t ignore them or look down upon them. On the contrary, we ought to calm them down, show our love and concern to them and try our best to help them overcome the hardships. Sometimes we may have some misunderstandings or disagreements with our friends, thus we had better have a discussion with them and try to accept their good ideas instead of quarreling with them. As we all know, healthy is very important to everybody.But do you really know how to stay healthy? Here are some useful tips. First, we should do exercise if we have time.For example, we can go to swim in the summer holiday. Or we can take a walk after supper.Doing exercise makes us healthy and strong. Second, we should take more vegetables and fruit and less candies. Stop eating junk food and drinking beers. Last but not least, we should go to bed early and wake up early. Today, I go to school with a headache. At the beginning, it is just a slightly pain. Nevertheless, it is not until the English lesson that my head pains heavily. So it is difficult for me to take notes. Luckily, my English teacher notices it so she takes me to the office. With a big smile on her face and caring words, she gives me a glass of water. To my surprise, she offers to help me notes. It is her love that warms me up. At that moment, I whisper myself that I will do my utmost to help others as kind as my English teacher.

My hometown used to be a backward place, because it was deep in the mountains, where there were no nice buildings and the roads were so narrow and dirty. People lived a poor life.

帮助别人 Helping Others
We all live in the same society. More or less, we get help from others, our parents, relatives, teachers, friends even strangers. In return, we should give others a hand when they are in need. We should transmit this kind of love. As long as everyone can contribute a piece of love, the world will become a paradise. As for our individuals, helping others would bring us happiness and a sense of achievements. We would be happy to see that we are capable of helping others. In addition, helping others is helping ourselves, to some extent. One of the most beautiful compensations in life is that after helping others in good faith, we get help ourselves at the same time. I think “rose presented, smell remained” is the best description to help others.

感恩父母 Be Grateful to Our Parents
Since we were born, many people help us a lot. We should be grateful to their kindness. But the ones we should show our greatest appreciation are our parents. From the first day we appear in their lives, they give us all their love and care, but never expect anything in return. As long as they are there, we do not feel any difficulties, because they are always in front of our shelter, preventing us from difficulties and danger. In order to make our lives better, learn better, they do everything they can to create the best conditions for us, but ignore their own needs. One of my roommate often talk when he sleeps. He talked about all kinds of things.For example ,last night, I had a hard jod to fall asleep .I read a novel to make my eyes feel sleepy.When I was concentrated to the story ,I heard he said:"how much do you want?" I am in primary school now, I have many lessons to learn from Monday to Friday, my favorite subject is English. In our daily life, if we get on harm oniously with our friends, we’ll feel more joyous. But we’ll feel lonely without

We all live in the same society. More or less, we get help from others, our parents, relatives, teachers, friends even strangers. In return, we should give others a hand when they are in need. We should transmit this kind of love. As long as everyone can contribute a piece of love, the world will become a paradise. As for our individuals, helping others would bring us happiness and a sense of achievements. We would be happy to see that we are capable of helping others. Since we were born, many people help us a lot. We should be grateful to their kindness. But the ones we should show our greatest appreciation are our parents. In a society, nobody can live alone without help from others. Without help from others, we’re liable to be in dilemma. Therefore, let’s be generous enough, open our heart to the strangers, give a hand to those helpless in hopes of pulling through.

Practice makes perfect. It means that after plenty of practice, we will be perfect in what we do. Practice is the only way to achieve perfect.

For example, when we learn grammar, words, expressions and so on, the most important thing may be how to put what we’ve learned into practice. Memorize the English words whenever time permits, and we can easily memorize them and even can find a way to memorize them more quickly.
